While the Polestar 4 Design Book was on press at GBGT Box in Gothenburg, Lundgren+Lindqvist collected the make-ready sheets that pile up as printers check ink flow and registration — and instead of recycling them, overprinted them with a bold black headline to make a numbered edition of 138 posters. Because every base sheet is a different jumble of car photography, chassis parts, cyan test bars and trim marks across five paper stocks, no two prints match, and the press marks read as evidence of craft rather than waste.
