French artist Simon Laveuve builds precarious 1/35-scale homes perched on rock faces, furnishing them with tiny chairs, produce crates, fishing gear and scavenged objects repurposed as tools. There are no figures, only traces of residents who seem to have just stepped out, turning each piece into a quiet study of how people find stability in unstable places. His solo show ‘Ancré dans la roche’ opens at Loo & Lou Gallery in Paris on 12 November. Source: Colossal
