Napoli on the Road grew from a neighbourhood pizza truck into an award-winning London restaurant with three outposts, and Antwerp studio Vrints-Kolsteren built its new identity around that sense of motion. The name is stripped back to ‘NotR’, with the spacing between letters left to carry what was removed — history present but not spelled out. Rejecting the usual Italian-restaurant scripts and colours, the studio looked instead to transport, shipping and industry: stamp-like lock-ups, monospaced type, and the functional grammar of labels and logistics.
