Philip Lindeman’s illustration appears weekly for Uniqlo, Hermès and The New York Times, but Caps belongs to a more private universe of murals, sculptures and paper hats. The zine collects a set of papier-mâché caps built as remixes of skate graphics, graffiti, 90s cartoons and American advertising — the panels of a cap treated as self-contained fields inviting imagery. It reads as part catalogue, part personal archive of a teenage bedroom wall.
