Artist brothers Saman and Sasan Oskouei riddle humble wooden objects — a school desk, a door, an industrial pallet — with irregular yet cohesive holes in their series The Weight of Less. As material is removed, each item sheds its original function and gains a new presence, the carved voids exposing hidden rhythms and letting absence become an active part of the work.
