OFFF 2026: A Living Visual Identity Grown from Human Bodies

Agency Uncommon built the OFFF Barcelona 2026 identity — called “Cultured” — by secretly collecting physical imprints, fibres, and fragments from attendees at pre-festival mixers, then growing mold and bacteria from that biological material into a living design system. The custom typeface Hyphae mirrors fungal networks, and photographer Dasha Plesen (The Mold Queen) produced the campaign imagery using bacteria as medium.
