Experience Ana Mendieta’s Visceral, ‘Neolithic’ Work in a Major Survey

A major survey at Tate Modern gathers more than 120 works by Ana Mendieta, revisiting the Cuban-American artist’s radical ‘earth-body’ practice — silhouettes pressed into soil, sand, and flame that fuse her own figure with the land.
