Guzzle Issue Three: An Irish Food Magazine That Uses Dinner as a Way Into Everything Else

Founded by Jane Gleeson out of a desire to escape screens, Guzzle treats food as the world’s most reliable connector and a springboard into much larger ideas. Issue three takes on the fleeting notion of home, wrapped in a commissioned cover painting by Laura Callaghan, with the original visual identity by Dublin designer Shane Bonfield still holding the publication together. Now run from East London with contributors writing from Cape Town, New York and Brussels, it has become a place where the Irish diaspora reconnects with its own heritage.
