The 2026 Pure Street Photography Awards drew nearly 1,600 entries from photographers in 50 countries, with eight winners selected across black-and-white and open categories. The selection swings from humour and coincidence to solemnity and tension — New York reflections, dramatic urban geometry, pensive rural tableaux. An exhibition of 158 of the top images is slated for Jawahar Kala Kendra.
