Toronto-based artist Adrienna Matzeg embroidered her midsummer 2025 trip through Kyoto, Tokyo, and Seoul as a series of after-dark vignettes — a 7-Eleven storefront glowing on black linen, a hanami dango plate, a karaoke sign in Shibuya. The bold facades and convenience-store signage float against the dark ground like tactile snapshots of cities at rest. After Hours opens at Abbozzo Gallery in Toronto, May 8–30. Source: Colossal
