Love lines, in all forms. The cultural nature of these adds a great dimension

Two artists who treat space as their primary medium — Chirulescu’s monochromatic canvases shift between translucency and opacity with the light, while Sandback’s taut acrylic fiber lines define three-dimensional volumes from pure negative space.
