Joseph Ford: Impossible Street Art — Trompe-l’Œil Murals on Monumental Infrastructure

Love this intersection. Similar to my Selflux photos but done with the street art mindset.

Photographer Joseph Ford invites street artists like Antonyo Marest, Alex Senna, and MadC to imagine their work on monumental infrastructure — dams, nuclear plants, highways — through trompe-l’œil paintings on photographs, documented on-site to show what these impossible murals would look like at full scale. The project questions our relationship to the imposing structures of energy production that dominate landscapes yet remain inaccessible. Source: This Is Colossal
